NOTE: This policy strictly covers products purchased directly from this web site www.pulsetech.net.

If for any reason your are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it anytime within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Simply call 800-580-7554 or e-mail [email protected] and request a Return Goods Authorization (RG) before shipping. All returned items must be in original condition with original documentation and uninitiated software (if applicable). You will be supplied helpful return instructions when the RG is requested. It's that simple!
